Ales Olasz
Ales joined the team at Montgomery Place in 2007, working previously at the Paparazzi in Bratislava and the specialist Absinth bar Chat Noir.
He's risen through the ranks to now become the current Montgomery Place Bar Manager.
Although his specialist drinks are Gin, Calvados, Vermouths & Rye, he has a great passion for Absinthe and with his collection of vintage Absinthe Tools he can mix up almost any creation with this great spirit.
Other attributes include design, photography and currently owns the trademark to some iPhone industry applications.

Jack Hubbard
In 2009 Jack became the latest addition to Montgomery Place team.
With his backbone in Lab Bar London and further experiences in Tiki bar operations he found his way and settled comfortably into his yellow braces.
Although his has a vast knowledge in Gin & Rum he is developing a niche in premium Tequilas. He is also an avid collector of vintage bar books.
Watch this space as I'm sure we will have a lot more to say about Jack in the future.

Starting out at Montgomery Place as a bar junior, under the guidance of Ales & Jack, Matteo has developed at an unbelievably quick pace to become a great prospect.
He has great knowledge of Italian products which are very common place in London's bar scene today. He likes to work with Tequila and has a great communicative personality. An abundance of energy and wanting to learn all aspects of the business, we see Matt as a Bar Manager/owner in the not too distant future.

Working at MP's sister bar Dusk, Ago was commissioned with the task of setting the drinks operation up at Montgomery Place. He played a pivotal role in the designing the working space and then put the team together for launch in April 2006.
Ago achieved great things at Montgomery Place, one was receiving the Class Bar Best UK Bartender award in 2007/8.
He has unique bartending skills and a great sense of balance when creating drinks. Great team player/builder.
